Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The watch received is damaged or defective
  • You have received an incorrect product

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • Ensure the watch is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, strap usage)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Products that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, it will be carefully inspected by our team.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit, depending on the situation
Warranty Policy

Please note that refunds do not apply to issues covered under our warranty policy.

Our warranty includes:

  • 1-Year Warranty covering watch movement and color durability
  • 3-Year Free Service Warranty for loyal customers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by external factors such as water exposure, impact, or improper handling.
